Rajiv Khanna is the Director and Lead trainer of RKA Ltd. During the last twenty years, Rajiv has gained extensive experience in the management of a diverse range of programmes and projects in both the public and the private sector, in particular this includes over twelve years experience in the public sector.
Within the private sector as a Director of Operations, he was involved in the delivery of laboratory Information Management Systems to the Water, Dairy, Food, Pharmaceutical industry and major suppliers of oil across Europe, Middle East, South Africa and India.
In 2001, Rajiv gained accreditation as a PRINCE2® trainer and in 2007, Rajiv gained accreditation as an MSP trainer with the APM Group Ltd. He has since provided accredited training in MSP® and PRINCE2 for County/Borough councils, NHS Trusts including Clinical Commissioning Groups and Central Support Units, several Police Constabularies, electricity, water, telecommunication, motor and construction companies in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Since registering as a PRINCE2 consultant with APM Group Ltd in 2002 (Registration Number P2RC/015) he has provided consultancy for several organisations within health and local authorities.
He has worked with organisations to develop a structured corporate approach to programme and project management based on principles of MSP and PRINCE2 including standard templates, governance and reporting mechanisms. He has also helped initiate coaching services, which are now self sufficient.
Rajiv completed his Graduate Diploma in Law (with distinction) in 2013 and is currently studying part-time on a Bar Professional Training Course.
Rajiv gained an Orange Belt Accreditation in Microsoft Project with International Institute of Learning in 2001.
In the past she has worked for the Department for Works and Pension as a Project Manager. She was responsible for the delivery of a number of technical solutions which included scans of the Child Support computer systems, delivery of a mail-shot to approximately 150,000 Agency customers and the development of procedural guidance and training for staff. She ensured the successful development and delivery of solutions according to defined scope, time and cost parameters by planning, scheduling and controlling project activities and resources. She communicated at all levels across the Department and third party suppliers as well as ensuring project risks were analysed, prioritised and mitigated as appropriate.
Her previous career history included work with HFC Bank Plc. where she was responsible for leading the sales within the branch which held out-standings in excess of 8.5 million, motivating other staff, underwriting and driving specialist insurance sales by other Account Managers to reach and exceed branch target.
Chris has been a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and an accredited PRINCE2 trainer since 2005 and holds a Post Graduate Certification in Teaching, as well as being TAP qualified (Trainer Assessment Programme, Institute of IT Training).
In the past, Chris has run her own IT training organisation, helping a number of blue-chip companies develop staff skills through their IT education and training programmes. She has also worked within the Adult Education and NHS sectors, latterly holding a senior management role as Education, Training and Development Lead for a local NHS health economy. During her time in the NHS, she was actively involved in shaping the local delivery of various projects within the NHS National Programme for IT. Many of these projects were run under PRINCE2 and this led Chris to her current role helping others develop their skills and understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology.
Having studied “Effective Learning” at Masters degree level at The Institute of Education in London, Chris considers herself to be an educationalist and has a passionate interest in encouraging her delegates to learn more about their own learning. This, she believes, enables them to make the most of their time with her whilst studying for their PRINCE2 certification!
Chris also holds certifications in Change Management, Facilitation, Scrum and Agile, and is a Master NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
During her varied career, Chris has had the opportunity to live and work in the United States; travel extensively on business and pleasure in Dubai and Europe; and now spends time living and working between her homes in Southern Spain and the UK.
Mukesh is an accredited PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and PRINCE2 Agile trainer, holding Post Graduation degree (MS – Software Systems). He has also done ITIL and AgilePgM certifications
Mukesh has an extensive career in business development, delivery, programme and project management of Professional Services within the Communications Industry across multiple geographies, including UK, US and Asia/ Pacific.
He has 18+ years of strong technical, analytical, business development, management and process improvement skills, rich experience in full project life cycle across OSS and BSS domains and Image processing. He is managing various programmes across geography for Tier#1 Communication Service Provider. Hs has managed projects and program of $20M+.
Mukesh has a consistent record of exceeding customer expectations, delivery of project and programme targets and promoting the growth of team. He currently is Director-Business Development in one of leading Telecom organisation.
Mukesh is Newbury based and completed 10+ batches of PRINCE2 training and achieved 100% successful result. He has hobbies in social networking, yoga etc. He was School Governor and Town Councillor in past in Newbury.
Omeesh Kalra is an APMG accredited PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PRINCE2 Agile and Agile PM trainer, associated with Raj Khanna Associates Limited.
He is an IT professional with more than 16 years of experience in IT and Telecom industry. He has more than 6 years of project management experience delivering projects in IT and Telecom industry.
He is also MSP Practitioner, Agile PgM foundation and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certified.
Omeesh has been conducting PRINCE2 and basic project management trainings for over three years. He conducts project management trainings in his free time as he is a full-time employee for a global telecom company (primarily during weekends). Training is his passion and he constantly looks for ways by which the learning in general and specifically for project management can be simplified.
