Niyati Tandon is a Lead Trainer (P3O® 051), Lead Trainer (Managing Benefits) (MBT 008) and Consultant & Accredited Trainer (PRINCE2 P2T/746), by APM Group UK and Trainer (Road Safety). She is the first Managing Benefits Trainer in India.
Niyati is a Graduate Engineer (Transport) with a Gold Medal, and Post Graduate degree from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture (Transport Planning) with consistently sound academic record and experience of handling Traffic and Transport Projects independently.
Niyati has trained over hundred from Finance, Information Technology, Telecom, Infrastructure Development, Banking, Insurance, Engineering and General Management. Conducted several courses on PRINCE2, P3O and Managing Benefits at UK, Wales and India. Niyati was involved in training National Health System (NHS) professionals in UK on P3O. The UK NHS is widely adopting P3O as their de facto standard for change initiatives and business as usual activities. She has a track record of 100% pass rate for Foundation and 99.8% for Practitioner.
She is an infrastructure consultant and has practiced use of PRINCE2 and Managing Benefits in large infrastructure development projects in India and abroad. Smita holds a Masters Degree Computer Science from University of Pune. She is a Certified PMP, PRINCE2® Practitioner and ITIL® Intermediate (Service Operation and Service Transition) certified. She also has credentials in technical subject like SQL Server.
She has 15+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry involving the full software development life cycle with extensive experience of Project Management in prestigious IT services as well product companies in India and abroad while project spanning across various technologies like client-server architecture, web based applications, Content management systems etc using Microsoft and Unix OS.
She has a varied software development experience and has been involved in offshore as well as on-site software projects of varying sizes. She started her career as a lecturer in a senior college. The exposure of running own software consulting firm customer interaction, requirement gathering, people management at the initial stage of career was tremendous. She gradually took up the responsibilities of design, analysis, team management, project management.
She has been practising project management in her personal as well as professional life effectively. She believes that her job doesn't stop at setting goals and does not stop at accomplishing goals because "Education is what is left, when what had been learnt has been forgotten". Sudha possesses a bachelor's degree in the field of Electricals & Electronics engineering . A seasoned trainer, she has coached and mentored IT professionals across a range industries through leading training Organizations. She hails from a software development background and has handled many an international training assignment.
Sudha is also into consulting around her fields of expertise - with a focus on PRINCE2 project management.
