Different methodologies, for example Managing Successful Programmes, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, use different names for same documents. Without having a corporate approach to change initiatives (whether it is managed as business as usual, project or programme), the team member can get very confused. Furthermore, there is no corporate understanding or who is doing what. We have created a short video that explains the concept above and then offers a suggestion on how organisation may create a corporate guidance, which will help improve the organisation's maturity of managing change initiatives.
